Project Rachel

Confidential, free, and non-judgmental hope and healing in southeastern Wisconsin for those suffering from the aftermath of abortion.

There is hope after abortion

Abortion is a life-changing experience that affects many individuals emotionally, spiritually, and physically. You may be suffering from the aftermath of your own or someone else’s abortion. Some women and men experience the need to find healing shortly after having an abortion while for others it may take years to realize.

What is Project Rachel?

Project Rachel is a post-abortion ministry founded by Vicki Thorn in 1984. It has helped women and men around the country heal from abortion trauma. Project Rachel is a team of specially trained priests, religious, counselors and lay persons who provide hope and healing for those suffering from the aftermath of abortion.

What to Expect

Retreats can be an opportunity for peace

Retreats can be a wonderful way to get away from the demands of daily life. They can supply the time and space to reflect, to heal, to grow and to move forward. Rachel’s Vineyard retreats are for anyone affected by the abortion industry. A team of ministry leaders and caring professionals will guide you through a weekend experience that is non-judgmental and supportive. The weekend is completely confidential. Come and discover the power of God’s love, compassion and mercy.
